Any breach by Licensee of any Third-Party License is also a breach of this Agreement. Licensee is also bound by and shall comply with all the terms of Third-Party Material licenses. Any reference to ‘Software’ in the terms of this Agreement shall include all Third-Party Materials.
You will not use the Third-Party Materials in any manner that is inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or that infringes the Intellectual Property Rights of Licensor or any third party.
Licensor is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any Third-Party Materials and shall not be liable for any such Third-Party Materials. You agree to use the Third-Party Materials at Your sole risk.
Licensee may be able access Software, content, data, or other materials, including related documentation, that are owned by Persons other than Licensor and that are provided to Licensee on their own terms that are in addition to and/or different from those contained in this Agreement ("Third-Party Materials").

This license grants Licensee the right, exercisable solely by Licensee, to use and run the Software as properly installed in accordance with this Agreement and solely for Licensee's personal use.ģ.
